Terms and conditions of use
Products in perfect condition, without use can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of purchase
The products must be received by us before a refund or exchange can be issued
The shipping cost in both directions is born by the customer (ie we will not refund the initial shipping charge and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to us)
Damaged products can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase or within the manufacturer's warranty period (ie lighters)
For products under $ 50, a refund or replacement will be issued without the merchandise being returned provided the customer can prove that it arrived damaged (ie, a photograph)
For products over $ 50 and damaged goods must be returned to us before a refund or replacement can be issued
Any cigars that have been smoked can not be replaced
If a single cigar of a package is damaged we can consolidate the value of the single not the whole package
Products not delivered:
EMS -USPS - ROYAL MAIL first recorded class we will replace the product if not delivered within 30 business days. All certified shipments must be completely tracked and investigated before issuing a replacement.
Shipping to the United States there is a risk of retention by customs, due to the embargo against products of Cuban origin. However, part of our customers are from the United States where your package normally arrives without any problem.

All replacement products must be sent by EMS - USPS - ROYAL MAIL recorded first class mail or the United Kingdom
If the wrong product has been shipped it must be returned to us before we can replace or refund it (shipping cost is our responsibility)
If a part of the order is not found the lack of product must be sent at no additional cost to the customer
